Lisle was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fourth to second in Interstate Eight - Small. The Lions beat Dwight/Gardner-South Wilmington 40-0 earlier in the week.

Seneca moved up to 255 from 286 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. A 31-0 win over the Fighting Irish helped the Fighting Irish improve their standing.

Seneca's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Peyton Schrag threw for 92 yards and Tommy Lovett had 41 yards receiving. On the ground Devin Leo chipped in eight yards. Jimmy David helped Seneca's passing attack out by catching two balls for 29 yards.

Seneca's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Fighting Irish feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Schrag has thrown for 546 yards and five touchdowns this season, while David has 17 catches for 235 yards. Bo Taylor leads the league in rushing with 319 yards.

The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Lisle takes on Wilmington. Dan Sanko's team has allowed 74 points this season, while the Wildcats have given up 13. The Lions allowed 0 points last week as they defeated the Trojans.

Lisle took down Dwight/Gardner-South Wilmington 40-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
