Soccer Recap: Shelton Comes Up Short

Shelton lost against Aberdeen on April 1st, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Highclimbers fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 1-0. Shelton have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Shelton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7-1. As for Aberdeen, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Shelton is set to face off against their familiar foe WF West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Aberdeen will take on rival Black Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
