Pawnee Heights is 1-9 against Hodgeman County since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Pawnee Heights Tigers will be playing at home against the Hodgeman County Longhorns at 8:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Pawnee Heights is headed into Friday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight game dating back to last season on Friday. They took a blow against South Central, falling 59-29.

Despite their defeat, Pawnee Heights saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Clayton Hammeke, who posted 11 points, was perhaps the best of all. The team also got some help courtesy of Cody Holste, who put up six points and seven rebounds.

Meanwhile, Hodgeman County's undefeated season came to an end after six games on Friday. They fell 66-54 to Macksville. The loss put an end to the Longhorns' undefeated start to the season.

Pawnee Heights' loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Hodgeman County, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 6-1.

Pawnee Heights took a serious blow against Hodgeman County in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, falling 66-29.
