Softball Recap: Troy Find Success

Troy got themselves on the board against Salado on Friday, but Salado never followed suit. They came out on top against the Salado Eagles by a score of 5-0. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Isabella Garcia made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over seven innings pitched. Garcia was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ava Bosko, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.
