East Hampton is 9-1 against Westbrook since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Bellringers will challenge the Knights at 4:00 p.m. East Hampton will be strutting in after a win while Westbrook will be coming in after a defeat.

East Hampton is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Connecticut's top teams: Morgan, who was ranked 16th at the time (East Hampton was ranked ninth). The Bellringers won by a goal and slipped past the Huskies 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for East Hampton.

Meanwhile, Westbrook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cromwell.

Westbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for East Hampton, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0-2.

East Hampton took their win against Westbrook in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 5-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bellringers since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
