Grapevine Faith Christian came tearing into Saturday's matchup with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.4 points), and they left with even more momentum. They strolled past the Ranchview Wolves with points to spare, taking the game 51-35.

Defeat or not, Ranchview got some senior leadership from Jaishawn Williams and Devin Scott. Williams posted two points in addition to 11 rebounds and five blocks, while Scott put up ten points. Those 11 boards set a new season-high mark for Williams. Amari Dehorney was another key player, putting up six points.

Grapevine Faith Christian's victory bumped their record up to 12-1. As for Ranchview, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.

Looking ahead, Grapevine Faith Christian will host Legacy Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ranchview, they will head out to challenge Braswell at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
