Volleyball Game Preview: Hawaiian Mission Academy Knights vs. ASSETS Admirals

The Hawaiian Mission Academy Knights will square off against the ASSETS Admirals at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. ASSETS took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Hawaiian Mission Academy, who comes in off a win.

While Hawaiian Mission Academy's victory against La Pietra wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Knights skirted past La Pietra 3-2. The Knights haven't had any issues with La Pietra recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when ASSETS and Christian Academy meet (seven straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Thursday. The Admirals fell 3-1 to Christian Academy. The Admirals haven't had much luck with Christian Academy recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

The victory got Hawaiian Mission Academy back to even at 4-4. As for ASSETS, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.
