Flag Football Recap: George Washington Comes Up Short

George Washington lost against Rangeview back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Patriots took an 18-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders.

George Washington's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Rangeview, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

George Washington will head out on the road to square off against Hinkley at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Thunder's defense has only allowed 14.6 points per game this season, so the Patriots' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Rangeview, they will host Aurora West College Prep Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Raiders will be up against the Spartans' rather soft defense (which has allowed 34.25 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
