The third road matchup was the charm for Shadow Creek, as they earned their first away win of the season. They skirted past the Foster Falcons 4-3. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Sharks also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2025.

The team relied heavily on Lubin Rincon, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. That stolen base marked the first that he has snagged this season. Another player making a difference was Demari Faggins, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases.

Shadow Creek picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 2-4. As for Foster, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Coming up, Shadow Creek will be taking part in a tournament against Goose Creek Memorial at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for Foster, they will venture away from home to face off against Cypress Creek on Thursday.
