Volleyball Recap: Kings Comes Up Short

Kings was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Milford Eagles, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-8, 25-19.

Kings' defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Milford, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Kings will challenge rival Loveland at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Milford is set to face off against their familiar foe West Clermont at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in the Eagles' favor as the team sits on six straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while the Wolves have been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.
