Volleyball Recap: Harpeth Hall Triumphs

While Harpeth Hall didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They skirted past the Rossview Hawks 3-2.

Harpeth Hall had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 15-25, 20-25, 25-17, 25-17, 15-7.

Despite the loss, Rossview still got an impressive performance from Lillian Lamping, who had five digs and four aces.

Harpeth Hall's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Rossview, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Coincidentally, Harpeth Hall and Rossview will both be playing Girls Prep the next time they take the court. The Hawks will head out to face the Bruisers at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Honeybears will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
