Perham is a perfect 10-0 against Barnesville since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Yellowjackets will venture away from home to challenge the Trojans at 4:00 p.m. Perham is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.9 runs per game this season.

Perham is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to ten runs on Friday, they were much more limited against Anoka on Saturday. They fell just short of the Tornadoes by a score of 3-1. The match marked the Yellowjackets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Perham saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ashton Detloff, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Meanwhile, Barnesville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 7-4 to Staples-Motley.

Having lost for the first time this season, Perham fell to 13-1. As for Barnesville, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.

Perham took their victory against Barnesville in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 10-0 score. Do the Yellowjackets have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Trojans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
