Basketball Recap: Brenden Rouleau's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Hillman over Rogers City

Hillman lost against Rogers City back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Hillman Tigers fell to the Rogers City Hurons 64-60.

Hillman's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brenden Rouleau, who posted 14 points and six steals. Rouleau is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed five or more in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ty Muszynski, who shot 55% from beyond the arc to rack up 19 points.

Even though they lost, Hillman was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. This was only their fifth loss (out of 19 games) when they've passed the ball that well.

Hillman's loss dropped their record down to 15-9. As for Rogers City, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-8.

As of now, neither Hillman nor Rogers City have any future games scheduled.
