Baseball Game Preview: Sandalwood Saints vs. Bishop Snyder Cardinals

The Sandalwood Saints will take on the Bishop Snyder Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average, (Sandalwood: 3.3, Bishop Snyder: 3.7) so any runs scored will be well earned.

In other batting news, Tristan Silver made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Tripp Hannah was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.

Sandalwood's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Bishop Snyder, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 6-1.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Sandalwood has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.5 stolen bases per game.
