Raton has been away from home for five games now, but on Thursday they'll finally make their return. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Tigers takes on Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. After both made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Thursday.
On Tuesday, Raton made easy work of Trinidad and carried off a 3-0 win.
Raton walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-21, 25-10, 25-16.
Meanwhile, Questa had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Monday. Everything went their way against the Leopards as they made off with a 3-0 win.
The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Questa was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-14, 25-12.
Questa's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Alyana Le?n, who had seven digs and 20 assists, and Joshlyn Medina, who had seven digs and a kill.
Raton has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for Questa, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1.
