Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Elkton). They blew past the North East Indians 14-4 on Thursday. The Golden Elks not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since April 1st (when they won 13-0).

The victory made it two in a row for Elkton and bumps their season record up to 10-5-1. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. As for North East, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Elkton will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Indians: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Monday.
