Cornerstone Christian extended their winning streak to ten games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Makaden Weathington. Everything went the Warriors' way against the Devine Warhorses / Arabians on Friday as they made off with a 73-53 win for which the team can thank Weathington, who went 6-for-9 en route to 14 points in addition to seven boards and six assists. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last four games he's played.

Another player making a difference was HD Villarreal, who posted 11 points. He also posted a block, marking his first of the season.

Cornerstone Christian's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Devine, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-2 record.
