Volleyball Game Preview: Davis Pirates vs. West Valley Rams

Davis hasn't had much luck against West Valley recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Pirates will host the Rams at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Davis sitting on five straight wins and West Valley on four.

On Tuesday, Davis was able to grind out a solid victory over Prosser, taking the game 3-1.

Meanwhile, West Valley got the win against Sunnyside on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

Davis' win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for West Valley, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Davis was able to grind out a solid victory over West Valley in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. Do the Pirates have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rams turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
