Basketball Recap: Sts. Peter & Paul Beats Beth Tfiloh for Their Fifth Straight Win

Sts. Peter & Paul extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Garret Hemingway. The Sts. Peter & Paul Sabres walked away with a 77-68 win over the Beth Tfiloh Warriors on Tuesday thanks in part to Hemingway, who posted 43 points. His evening made it 16 games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Sts. Peter & Paul is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches, which provided a massive bump to their 11-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.3 points per game. As for Beth Tfiloh, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-5.
