Volleyball Recap: Marmaton Valley Wildcats vs. Northeast Vikings
Marmaton Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northeast Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.
Marmaton Valley was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring 13 points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-13.
Marmaton Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 5-20. As for Northeast, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-10 record this season.
