Volleyball Recap: Bernstein Starts Season with Win Against Lincoln

Bernstein took care of business in their home opener on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Lincoln Tigers by a score of 3-1.

The victory didn't come easy: Lincoln scored at least 20 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-20, 18-25, 25-20, 25-22.

Lincoln has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Bernstein is headed away from home for the first time to challenge Garden Grove at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lincoln, they will head out on the road to square off against Downtown Magnets at 4:00 p.m. on September 4.
