With a playoff win on the line, Pelahatchie rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They blew past the Wilkinson County Wildcats 98-33. The Chiefs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 matches by 21 points or more this season.

Wilkinson County lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Darien Tolliver, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and ten boards. The team also got some help courtesy of JaNorris Anthony, who posted ten points.

Pelahatchie is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 games, which provided a nice bump to their 25-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.7 points over those games. As for Wilkinson County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-18.
