Softball Recap: Goleman Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Goleman can now relate to. They lost 18-2 to the West Broward Bobcats on Monday. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Gators couldn't push the score so high this time.

Kendall Prophete made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and earned one run and three stolen bases.

Goleman's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for West Broward, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Goleman nor West Broward have any future games scheduled.
