Frankston barely beat LaPoynor the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Everything went the Frankston Indians' way against the LaPoynor Flyers on Friday as the Frankston Indians made off with a 10-3 victory. Considering the Indians have won six contests by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for Frankston and bumps their season record up to 8-5. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for LaPoynor, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Frankston will welcome Kerens at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for LaPoynor, they will host Trinidad at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. LaPoynor's pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so Trinidad's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
