Softball Recap: Hemet's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Hemet walked away with it. They came out on top against the Woodrow Wilson Bruins by a score of 5-1 on Thursday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bulldogs as it put an end to their eight-game losing streak.

Hemet's victory bumped their record up to 15-12. As for Woodrow Wilson, their loss dropped their record down to 14-14.

Looking ahead, Hemet will face off against Segerstrom at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday. The Jaguars will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight. Woodrow Wilson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
