Volleyball Recap: Glenbard South's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Glenbard South waltzed into their game on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bremen Braves.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Glenbard South took both sets by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-10.

Glenbard South's victory bumped their record up to 12-13. As for Bremen, they dropped their record down to 5-16 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Glenbard South will be playing in front of their home fans against West Chicago at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bremen, they will take on Hillcrest at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Braves are facing the Hawks at the right time seeing as the Hawks are stuck on a 14-game losing streak.
