Battle Ground extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping them up to 3-0. They claimed a resounding 41-6 victory over the Prairie Falcons. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 31-0.

Ethan Adams was nothing short of spectacular: he threw for 117 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 95 yards on only 12 carries. Another player making a difference was Miles Skov, who rushed for 71 yards and one score on only six carries.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Battle Ground was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 270 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 229 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Prairie fell to 2-1. Having soared to a lofty 48 points in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

Despite the loss, Prairie still got an impressive performance from Deven Vigue, who rushed for 61 yards and one TD, and also threw for 129 yards on 15 of 28 attempts.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Battle Ground will take on Cascade Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Prairie, they will face off against Union at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
