Volleyball Recap: Seward Takes a Loss

Seward was the 3-1 winner over Homer when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Seahawks came up short against the Mariners on Saturday, falling 3-0. The Seahawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-21, 25-14.

Seward's defeat dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Homer, their victory ended a seven-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 20-14-1.

Coincidentally, Seward and Homer will both be playing Kenai Central the next time they take the court. The Seahawks will host the Kardinals at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Mariners will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on the 30th.
