Basketball Recap: Prospect Panthers vs. Fremont Firebirds
Prospect extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to four on Friday, dropping them down to 0-3. They lost 64-41 to the Fremont Firebirds. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Firebirds apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2024.

Coming up, Prospect is taking a road trip to square off against Yerba Buena at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Fremont, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Homestead at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
