Softball Recap: Sullivan's Win on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Three

It's playoff time, and Sullivan had no trouble coming through when it counted. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the North Knox Warriors 11-10. Winning may never get old, but the Golden Arrows sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Jaylynn Hobbs was excellent, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Hallie Howard, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.

Sullivan's victory bumped their record up to 15-11. As for North Knox, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.

Coming up, Sullivan will take on West Vigo at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Vikings' pitching crew has only allowed 3.2 runs per game this season, so the Golden Arrows' hitters will have their work cut out for them. North Knox does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
