Soccer Recap: Herron Comes Up Short

Herron came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Sheridan Blackhawks, falling 8-0. Herron have struggled against Sheridan recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Herron now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Sheridan, their win bumped their record up to 3-0-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Herron will take on Indianapolis Shortridge at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sheridan, they will square off against Western Boone at 5:30 p.m. on September 3.
