Softball Preview: Eastern Randolph Wildcats vs. Cherryville Ironmen

The Eastern Randolph Wildcats will head out on the road to square off against the Cherryville Ironmen at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Eastern Randolph is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They never let Hiwassee Dam onto the board and left with a 10-0 win.

Addie Flinchum and Ayanna Mears did most of the damage at the plate: Flinchum scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-2, while Mears scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-2.
