Gonzaga Prep had won six straight home games dating back to last season and Cienna Pierpoint did her part to make it seven on Wednesday. The Bullpups were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Shadle Park Highlanders thanks in part to Pierpoint, who had ten digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Gonzaga Prep was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-14, 25-10.

Gonzaga Prep's win bumped their record up to 21-1. As for Shadle Park, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.
