Volleyball Recap: King's Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If King was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Bush on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Knights lost 3-0 to the Granite Falls Tigers on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Tuesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-18, 25-12.

King's has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Granite Falls, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. King's is set to take on their familiar foe Eastside Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Granite Falls will face off against rival University Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
