Football Recap: Frankfort Takes a Loss

Frankfort was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 26-0 to the Berea Pirates. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pirates apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Frankfort's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Berea, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-8.

Looking ahead, Frankfort will challenge Western Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers will be up against the Wolverines' rather soft defense (which has allowed 40.22 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Berea, they will square off against Iroquois at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Pirates will be up against the Raiders' rather soft defense (which has allowed 30.33 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
