Baseball Recap: Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica Comes Up Short

Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica had lost three straight on the road, but on Thursday they dropped their record down to 8-14 to make it four. They came up short against the Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) Panthers, falling 10-2. The Seawolves were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Panthers earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

As for Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA), their record now sits at 10-5. Considering their hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

For Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA)'s part, Elisha Feldman was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk).
