Basketball Recap: Valley Christian Takes a Loss

Valley Christian lost against Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Valley Christian Panthers fell just short of the Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame Knights by a score of 41-38.

Valley Christian's loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Valley Christian and Wellpinit will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame will take on Mary Walker in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame is facing Mary Walker at the right time seeing as Mary Walker is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
