It was a good run, but Hortonville unfortunately witnessed the end of their 13-match winning streak on Tuesday. They and the Kimberly Papermakers finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time Hortonville have been dealt a draw since back in September.

Their goal came courtesy of Henry Whisler, who's now up to three this season.

Hortonville's draw gives them a new season record of 15-0-2. Meanwhile, Kimberly's record is now 4-5-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hortonville will take on Notre Dame Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Kimberly, they will face off against Beloit Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Beloit Memorial will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each matchup than the last.
