East Clinton came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Washington Blue Lions 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Astros, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

East Clinton walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-8, 25-21.

Colie Murarescu paced East Clinton's offense, picking up six kills. Murarescu got some help from Emily Arnold and her 14 assists. Sahara Tate controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
