Volleyball Recap: Three Straight Road Victories for Wittenberg-Birnamwood

Wittenberg-Birnamwood won the last time they faced Menominee Nation and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Chargers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Eagles.

Wittenberg-Birnamwood had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 13-25, 25-19, 26-24, 25-13.

Lily Metropulos paced Wittenberg-Birnamwood's offense, picking up ten kills. Metropulos got some help from Kaitlin Tuskowski and her 11 assists. Melaina Granquist controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.
