Basketball Recap: Chaney Takes a Loss

Chaney lost against Ursuline back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Chaney Cowboys received a blow as they fell 63-47 to the Ursuline Fighting Irish.

Chaney's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Ursuline, they pushed their record up to 9-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

Chaney and Ursuline should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. Chaney (ranked 104th) will meet Perry (ranked 241st) at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Ursuline will take on Cardinal Mooney at 7:00 p.m. on Friday up 291 places (50 vs. 341).
