Volleyball Recap: Northeastern Beats York Suburban for Their Third Straight Victory

Northeastern waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the York Suburban Trojans. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 2-0 win last Saturday.

Koltrin Forry paced Northeastern's offense, picking up 20 kills. Forry got some help from Jacob Zambito and his 45 assists. Finally, Lincoln Wertz kept Northeastern's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Northeastern's victory bumped their record up to 24-9-7. As for York Suburban, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-4.

As of now, neither Northeastern nor the Trojans have any future games scheduled.
