Folsom Wins Fourth-Straight Thanks to Ryder Lyons

Ryder Lyons's big game helped extend Folsom's winning streak to four on Friday. Oak Ridge had no answer to Lyons as he threw for 291 yards and five touchdowns.

Lyons might have his next game, a road matchup with Del Oro, circled on his calendar. When Lyons last faced the Golden Eagles back in October of 2023, he threw for 219 yards and five touchdowns, and also rushed for 80 yards and three touchdowns.

A Season-Best Performance from Jameson Powell Leads Folsom over Oak Ridge

Jameson Powell produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Folsom to the win on Friday. Powell picked up 121 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

If history really does repeat itself, Powell might just drop another big game when he faces off against Del Oro on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Powell saw the Golden Eagles), he picked up 142 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Rocklin Gets a Boost from Keeley in 42-0 Victory

The second Rocklin player making an appearance here is Derek Keeley, and for good reason. He rushed for 105 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 105 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Keeley must have Whitney's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Keeley rushed for 99 yards and five touchdowns the last time he and the Wildcats duked it out back in September of 2023.
