Volleyball Recap: George Washington Prep Takes a Loss

George Washington Prep lost against Harbor Teacher back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Generals came up short against the Monarchs, falling 3-0. The Generals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-11, 25-20.

George Washington Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Harbor Teacher, their victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. George Washington Prep will square off against rival Locke at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Harbor Teacher is set to face off against their familiar foe Crenshaw at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
