Soccer Game Preview: Brookland-Cayce vs. North Augusta

The Brookland-Cayce Bearcats will square off against the North Augusta Yellow Jackets at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Brookland-Cayce's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Dreher, sneaking past 1-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bearcats.

Meanwhile, North Augusta unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. Neither they nor Greenbrier could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw. The result kept the Yellow Jackets happy, as they haven't lost a game since February 27th.

North Augusta's draw gives them a new season record of 3-1-2. As for Brookland-Cayce, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.
