Softball Recap: Buffalo Island Central Mustangs vs. Marmaduke Greyhounds        
        
		
            
 Buffalo Island Central won the last time they faced Marmaduke, and things went their way  on Tuesday too. Everything went the Buffalo Island Central Mustangs' way against the Marmaduke Greyhounds as the Buffalo Island Central Mustangs made off with  a  17-1 win. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for Buffalo Island Central.
  Jaylyn Cagle made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out six batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned run off   one  hit. Cagle was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances. She is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  stolen  at least one in the last three games she's  played.
 In other batting news, Buffalo Island Central let  Riley Parker and  Kinsley Hamilton loose on the outfield. Parker  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-2, while  Hamilton  went 2-for-2 with five  RBI, two  runs,  and a  triple. The team also got some help courtesy of  Emma Kate McCord, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances.
 Buffalo Island Central now  has a winning record of 8-7. As for Marmaduke, they  haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-11.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Buffalo Island Central will  challenge Rector at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Marmaduke, they will be staying on the road  on Thursday to face off against Cross County at 4:30  p.m.
