Soccer Recap: Trenton Central Takes a Loss

Trenton Central and Old Bridge squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Trenton Central had to settle for second. They fell 2-0 to the Knights. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Trenton Central's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Trenton Central's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6-1. As for Old Bridge, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4-2 record this season.

Trenton Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Old Bridge, they will square off against Hunterdon Central on Tuesday.
