Newberry waltzed into their match on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Crescent City Raiders by a score of 2-0. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Raiders on September 6th, they had to take a 2-0 loss.
The win didn't come easy: Crescent City scored at least 19 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-19.
