Eastern Gets a Boost from Ginyard in 40-15 Victory
Starting off the list is Eastern's Daquan Ginyard, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Ginyard rushed for 217 yards. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 145 rushing yards.
Eastern is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. Ginyard's next match is against Woodson on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.

Jackson-Reed's probably not too fond of Smith given he always seems to get the better of them. When Smith last faced the Tigers back in October of 2023, he rushed for 145 yards.
