Sequoia has gone a perfect 6-0 against Menlo-Atherton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Ravens will venture away from home to take on the Bears at 4:00 p.m. Sequoia will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.
Sequoia is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They never let Jefferson get on the board and left with a 21-0 win on Friday. With that victory, the Ravens brought their scoring average up to 7.2 runs per game.

Woodsome Devon made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Those six strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with four runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
In other batting news, Sequoia got a massive performance out of Elkington Jamie, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Mehta Nisha was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs.
Sequoia always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .818. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, after only one run in their last match, Menlo-Atherton made sure to put some runs up on the board against El Camino on Friday. The Bears were the clear victors by a 16-9 margin over the Colts. Considering the Bears have won seven games by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
The team relied heavily on Juliana Pandolfo, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and two stolen bases. That home run was her first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Emma Loose, who went 3-for-4 with four stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI.
Menlo-Atherton's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-4. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.3 runs over those games. As for Sequoia, their record is now 6-7.
Tuesday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Sequoia hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .324. However, it's not like Menlo-Atherton struggles in that department as they've averaged .348. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Sequoia took their win against Menlo-Atherton when the teams last played back in May of 2021 by a conclusive 10-1 score. Will the Ravens repeat their success, or do the Bears have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
